Chris Swiecicki

Managing Director

Chris Swiecicki is a managing director in the Chicago office and a member of the Transaction Opinions practice. He has over 10 years of experience executing fairness opinions, solvency opinions and business valuation opinions.

Chris has advised both public and private companies and their boards of directors on numerous corporate transactions, including capital raising, going-private, leveraged buyouts, asset sales, reverse mergers, related-party transactions, spin-offs, recapitalizations, and ESOP transactions.

Chris has experience in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, consumer retail, financial services, energy, healthcare, printing, media, technology, and manufacturing, among others.

Chris has executed engagements for corporations and private equity groups, including Infor, RR Donnelley, Honeywell, Daimler, ConAgra, Citadel Investment Group, Silver Lake, Permira and Welsh Carson Anderson. His representative ESOP and ERISA clients include S&C Electric Company, Poten & Partners, KLJ Solutions Company, Acadian Ambulance, and Xtek, Inc. among others.

Chris received his MBA in finance and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS in Finance from the University of Illinois. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
