Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as a director at PwC. Before that he held the title of senior manager at Ernst & Young. Earlier in his career he was a manager at Utilities In.
Mark is responsible for all aspects of the due diligence process, from analysis of financial performance to evaluation of operating and deal concerns as well as post-deal integration. He specializes in complex and cross-border transactions. His expertise focuses on cash analyses, such as cash waterfalls, reimbursement, cohort analyses and other analyses that quantify the delay in cash collection from service rendered or debt issued. Mark has also served as an expert witness in working capital, due diligence, cost of service, and costing methodologies.
Mark received an MBA in management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He also holds a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
